Our Story
Established in 1993, Tutto Asia Pacific Pte Ltd was founded by Mr. Peter Loh. He was working for an Industrial MNC in the field of specialty construction chemicals. Dismayed by the lack of products that suit the South-East Asia climate and substrate conditions, Mr. Loh started his own brand, TAP. It was a small 5-men operation that supplied construction chemicals to architects, interior designers, and property developers. This business model provided the foundation on which the business steadily grew in strength and scale.
With more than 30 years of local brand establishment, we have also been exporting high-value-added products to various other countries like Brunei, Hong Kong, Dubai, Malaysia, and Thailand at comparatively low cost.
With the necessary knowledge, passion, talent, and industry experience, TAP has the answer to every building need and more.
Our Mission
Coupled with our own factory and workers, TAP is now the leading construction chemicals supplier that has been defining living spaces with cutting-edge products and quality services, while adopting American Technology with local modifications. TAP is currently the only company to manufacture color flakes in Singapore, with just a short manufacturing time span of 1 day, without any downtime from overseas; for any color flakes, you desire.

OUR STORY
TUTTO ASIA PACIFIC PTE LTD was set up in 1992 by Mr Loh who has immense pratical & theoretical experience in the field of specialty construction chemicals. Having seen and work with products all over the world, Mr. Loh set up T.A.P with the objective to produce products to suit the South-East Asia climate and substrate conditions.

Launch of Tile Adhesives / Concrete repair into the Housing Development Board (Singapore) market
